Nestled in a quiet northern Scottsdale neighborhood and close to everything you want to do- major golf courses or Kierland shopping. Just minutes away from Mayo Clinic, TPC Scottsdale, Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson Auto Show (WestWorld / Sands Three), Talking Stick Fields & Scottsdale Stadium for Spring Training.

Massive open floorplan w/ soaring vaulted ceilings & tons of natural light. Covered patio, grassy area for your pet, secure block fenced rear yard. Master bedroom overlooks pool and has a large desk with a curved monitor for work from home. Guests have access to laundry , and a BBQ grill plus RV Gate

The space:
- The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. Enjoy the private pool and the mountain view from the backyard, or cozy up by the fireplace with the grill to entertain. It also has a game room with plenty of games to play/ share with friends!

- The home comes stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, 3 Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels. RV parking pad is an added feature.
- The pool is not heated. Best water temps for swimming are typically from May to October. But the pool can be used year round as long as you can tolerate the water. Please let me know if you have infants, toddlers or children traveling with you. The pool does not have a protective gate surrounding it, however the doors to the back patio have raised handles and automatically close. I just want to be sure you're aware that the pool does not have a child protective gate surrounding it and you'll swim at your own risk.
