Large and open spaces distributed over two floors. The upper floor has the two main bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with large windows toward the garden. Nice terrace under the shade of a large tree.
The lower floor has an open family room with a large TV and a couch, two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. Cable TV with sports, kids, movies and News channels. Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime included. The place is extremely quiet, no traffic noise or noisy neighbors.
