Interior Description:
Spanning 2300 SQFT, Lasso Lounge boasts open spaces, cozy nooks, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. You will notice the living room featuring a 14ft leather couch to comfortably fit the entire group. The kitchen, gorgeously furnished with high-end appliances and cookware, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor dining areas, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and camaraderie.
Primary Bedroom:
Who is the lucky one? Every detail of this bedroom is perfect. Nestled beneath a stunning 14ft wood vaulted ceiling, the luxury king-sized bed offers a beautiful soft touch. Admire the mesmerizing waterfall streaming into the pool from bed through the sliding glass doors, or hit the auto switch for the blackout curtains to sleep in following a night out in Austin. The ensuite bathroom gives off Tulum vibes with the LED mirrors, skylight window, and beautifully tiled shower. The room also has a massive walk-in closet that can also be used as an office/desk.
Guest Bedrooms (2):
Well lucky you! We decided to give the group the ultimate gift of king-sized beds in every bedroom in the main home. Both bedrooms boast stunning designs: one is adorned with Southwest desert vibe wallpaper, perfect for dreaming of cacti, while the other features a cheerful sunshine mural wall, radiating joy.
The Loft:
Featuring stunning red brick walls, a massive sunset mural, and the coolest vibe in TX, your group will dig the industrial vibe of this room! *A little history lesson* This room was designed and built by an aeronautical engineer (airplane builder) who created an amazing workshop. You might notice under the rug there is a functional car lift, don't worry it is disabled :) The space feels endless with 25ft ceilings!
This room is like a mullet, business in the front and party in the back. The front of the room is Lounge Town with a massive 70inch TV, record player/stereo system with records included (please take care of them), and a dual hotshot basketball game for some friendly competition. The back has two comfortable and sturdy bunk beds offering FOUR twin-sized beds for four lucky winners!
Garage:
As you make your way to the loft you can stop in the garage to play some pong on the commercial grade ping-pong table.
Backyard Area:
But the true charm of this property lies in its impressive outdoor space. The backyard is a private sanctuary designed for relaxation and fun. Offering a sparkling lounge/plunge pool that invites you to take a dip during those warm Austin days. The pool is 10ft X 10ft X 3ft and has a sitting ledge around its entirety, which is what makes it a lounge pool. Would you prefer a night under the stars? Settle around the gorgeous built-in firepit and share stories around the crackling fire.
In addition, our massive backyard provides plenty of space for yard games (corn hole & ladder toss), promising endless fun for both kids and adults. For the grill masters out there, our outdoor propane Weber grill awaits your culinary mastery. And to make your meals even more special, enjoy them alfresco-style on our outdoor dining set, under the beautiful Austin sky and backyard twinkle lights.
