PH16- "Paradise Found" is a beautiful little penthouse, tucked high in the sky! "Paradise Found" has unobstructed views at the southern-most corner of Pinnacle Port, building A1 with Gulf front views and two balconies! You are only few steps from the sugar beaches of the Gulf! Imagine having your morning coffee on the balcony to see flocks of seagulls at eye level flying high towards you, while watching the beautiful warm sunrise over the Gulf. Watching storms roll in off the water, full moons, and fog engulf the beach at night (that is fantastic). You can see both coastlines, towards 30A and Panama City. No other high-rise has this view is view for miles in each direction. Not to mention the amazing sunrises and sunsets from the balconies of the master bedroom, den or from the beach which are only a few steps away.
Paradise Found is only 3 minutes from Rosemary Beach, nestled next to a national preserve, Lake Powell at Camp Helen, where the beaches are untouched and pristine. Lake Powell is "the world's second largest dune lake, a natural phenomenon where fresh and salt water combined and equalize to produce a very unique ecosystem that can only be found in 4 other places in the entire world...."
This condo is peacefully laid back with a definite relaxed beach vibe. It's a cozy 950 square foot penthouse (so cozy and compact, w stairs to the bedrooms). The condo has 2 bedrooms (each with a king-sized bed), 2 ½ baths, and a sleeper sofa, nestled high on the very top of Pinnacle Port. Pinnacle Port is in a gated village of adorable homes making up Carillon Beach. Both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs, while the den, breakfast room, kitchen and ½ bath are downstairs. The condo has great Wi-Fi from all rooms and two flat screen TVs (in the den and both upstairs bedrooms). Being in a gated community, makes the beach and village more private and less crowded. You don't get the congestion of some beaches in the area!!! Trust me….that’s worth it’s weight in gold down here!
The gated village of Carillon in an adorable seaside like community, consisting of stunning beach homes. It makes for great scenery when you're getting in your daily walk or taking a run on the nice sidewalks! You still have the convenience and amenities for comfort, as Carillon is down the street from a large Publix and CVS, along with being located 5 miles from all the great shopping and restaurants of Rosemary beach! Convenient and relaxed at it’s best! There is a quaint little shopping area in the heart of the Carillon village, where at the "General Store" you can rent bikes, kayaks, stand up boards and other little items. There is also a quick snack grill for burgers, hot dogs, ice cream and salads in the Village. Plus, Lake Powell Pizza with the best local pizza and bar around!
I’ve added some upgrades to Paradise Found which includes black out curtains in all rooms and upgrades to the air conditioning system to provide cleaner fresher air! A totally separate water pump was installed on the Penthouse level, there’s a great flow of water to the unit! I’m pleased to say the towers now have three new elevators!

*Camp Helen kayak/stand up board rentals are right next door.
*Cowgirl Café at 30A- Yummy breakfast and lunch. Pineapple Mimosa's, cheese and green Chile grits w a big old biscuit! Who wouldn't love that!
*Amavida Coffee at Rosemary about 5 minutes away from me! It's a local roaster! Great place to get a cup of coffee and sit w a pastry or walk around to shop.
*Big Bad Breakfast! Try the seafood omelets and a fresh OJ mimosa.
Cracking a great breakfast place w live music and amazing spicy pineapple margs!
*Publix across the street from Carillon Village
*Modica: Cool little grocery at Seaside! Amazing locally made cakes, fresh caught seafood.
