Summary: Such a beautiful location, but unfortunately the hotel itself is a huge disappointment. This is an old hotel building that is clearly overdue for renovation. The carpet in the hallways is almost torn out, making the place feel worn and poorly maintained. One elevator was completely out of service, and the second one was painfully slow. Very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The hotel is extremely stingy with basic amenities. A tiny mini water bottle is provided, which feels unacceptable given the room rates. Breakfast was another major letdown. The quality was very poor, so bad that even the bananas were half rotten. Not what you expect from a SpringHill Suites. Parking is the final nail in the coffin. Charging $22 for parking within the hotel premises feels unreasonable and leaves a very bad impression. To make matters worse, the pictures on the website are deceiving and look heavily AI-enhanced. The reality is nowhere close to what is advertised. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the SpringHill Suites brand at all. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
