The moment you open the door of this incredibly refurnished 1450 sq ft. condo (including 300 sq ft. deck) with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Coronado 707. This beautiful oceanfront condo is situated on the 7th floor in PHASE TWO (most desired) overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully equipt spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub.
The master bedroom has a 58 inch LCD smart TV with Blu ray DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 58 inch LCD TV. Both bedrooms have king size pillowtop mattresses with beautiful new furnishings.
The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture, (queen memory foam sleeper) 65 inch LCD smart TV with US channels, Blu Ray DVD player and free WiFi. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.
The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 8 and has incredible views that stretch all the way down Sandy Beach, the ocean, and resort pools.
The courtyard area right below Coronado 707 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
**As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palomas rental pool. Aside from a $200 resort security deposit hold, you will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of Coronado 707 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.
NOTE: Las Palomas Resort requires the person who checks in to be age 25 or older.
