Sundown is a gorgeous tiny home expertly curated by a local designer husband and wife team. It boasts 240 square feet of gorgeous space decorated in an open and clean style that merges modern decor with 70's inspired textures and colors.
Tiny homes are all the rage right now and Sundown lives up to that hype. Inside you'll find a choice of sleeping areas (loft bed or queen sleeper sofa), a fully equipped tiny kitchen, Roku TV, WiFi, designer decor and a private bath with shower. The loft bed allows for a free-flowing kitchen and living area with high ceilings and windows that fill the room with a delicate natural light. If loft sleeping isn't your thing, the Coddle Switch sofa converts to a queen bed.
While Sundown might be a tiny home on the inside, it boasts a very spacious and private yard on the outside. You'll find a hot tub for two, private fenced yard, charcoal grill, picnic table, double hammock, two decks and twinkle lights hung from the trees. There is lots of space to relax in the shade of our hill country oaks. This home is eco-conscious, with premium recycled paper products, eco-friendly soaps, detergents &cleaners, and a filtered water pitcher (no plastic water bottles needed).
Pet Policy:
Pets must be declared in advance and our pet fee is $50/pet (max 2 pets without prior approval). We ask that dogs be crated if left unattended, remain on leash when outside and brought inside if barking.
