Escape into the warmth and comfort of our inviting living room. Plush sofas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room is also equiped with flat TV for your entertainment. The large windows allow natural light to pour in, illuminating the room with a warm glow.
Cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen, designed to delight even the most discerning chefs. Modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove/oven, and many more, provide all the tools you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Granite countertops offer ample space for food preparation, while the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools is perfect for casual dining or socializing.
Gather around the beautifully set dining table and enjoy a meal together with friends and family. The table seats six comfortably and is perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner or a lively brunch. The adjacent glass doors lead out to the backyard patio, providing seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The master bedroom features plush king-sized bed, TV, luggage rack, closet and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ceiling fan, luggage rack, and a closet. Third bedroom features a King-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, luggage rack, closet and a workspace with 2 monitors, table and chair. ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
The guest bathroom is equipped with stand-up shower, vanity sink with mirror, toilet bowl, and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. Second guest bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl, and fresh towels. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
Step outside into the lush tropical oasis of our fully fenced backyard, where you can relax and unwind in style, providing privacy and a perfect spot for outdoor activities and relaxation. The spacious patio area is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink under the sun or stars. The lush greenery and colorful blooms create a serene atmosphere, perfect for recharging your batteries. Here, your furry companion can freely roam, play fetch, and bask in the great outdoors, ensuring they get the exercise and enjoyment they deserve.
Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the garage free of charge, three parking spaces in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi. Beach equipment such as, chairs and cooler are also provided for those frequent sunny beach days.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.
