unset Point is a luxurious oceanfront Prince Edward Island rental within easy access to a highly sought-after secluded sandy beach. The concept for this cottage was to provide peaceful sleeping quarters at both ends of the property, while all the excitement of good food, fun times, great memories and amazing ocean views can be enjoyed in the central gathering area. The property sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths.
The professionally designed kitchen, large dining space (seats 10) and oceanfront living room combine to create a welcoming vacation space. Floor to ceiling cathedral windows in the living room provide broad ocean views from the kitchen, dining and living areas that diminish the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The quality and ample furniture help to make this area a natural gathering space. A grand waterfront deck that is accessed from both sides of the living room runs the entire length of the cottage, creating a cozy seaside family area for dining, play or relaxation.
From the central living area you'll find an east and west wing - with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each. The larger bedroom in the east wing has a queen bed, satellite TV and a single day bed. The daybed and TV allows this bedroom to double as an entertainment space when the kids want a little quiet time away. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the large bathroom in the east wing has a full tub/shower and spacious double vanity sinks. The master bedroom on the west side has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a single over double bunk bed with a single trundle bed below (sleeps 4). The bathroom between these two bedrooms has a full tub/shower and sink. Every bedroom (except the bunk room) has private access and incredible views, via large patio doors, to the oceanfront deck.
The main area also offers a large entrance/laundry room to make coming and going during vacation time a little easier. The cottage is complete with AC in the central living area, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys an outdoor shower, a propane BBQ, a picnic table and a bonfire pit.
Wander down the private road to the beach stairs that offer direct access to our beautiful north shore beach (5-7 min walk). This beach access is available only to you and your neighbors in this exclusive community. Please note that Sunset Point is located on a cliff (however has a large amount of green space all around the cottage for running and playing before you ever get near the edge of the bank). Excellent dining, fresh seafood, live entertainment, ceilidhs, golf, shopping, antiquing, water parks, amusement parks and much more are just a short drive away.
