Surfers Reserve Beach House is a beautifully updated family beach house that is nestled into the sand dunes of Middleton Beach with nothing but the dunes separating the house from the pristine Southern Ocean. Listen to surf day and night and enjoy the short 100m walk to the pathway through the dunes and onto the beach.
This classic Australian beach house is designed to feel part of its surrounds from the ground level but to maximise the views from the main living area upstairs.
The Space:
Upon entering this beautiful home you will immediately appreciate the privacy created from the established hedges and gardens which adjoin the sand dune reserve.
Downstairs you will find a large living area with direct access through sliding glass doors to the back yard. Bedroom 2, with Queen bed and bedroom 3 with tri bunk and single trundle bed( please bring your own linen if needing to use the trundle bed). Also on this level is the bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs you'll find another large open plan living/dining and kitchen space with sliding doors that lead to a wrap around deck offering a choice of outdoor living spaces- a beach front lounge area, a rear deck set up for outdoor dining and space for the BBQ.
Also on this upstairs level, you'll find the master bedroom with Queen bed and a bathroom with spa bath and walk in shower plus second toilet.
Surfers Reserve Beach House is fully self- contained, stylishly furnished with natural tones that are sympathetic to the stunning location and sweeping views across the dunes to the ocean.
There is split system air conditioning/heater upstairs and another one downstairs.
Please note that there are stairs which may pose a risk for young children but there is a stair gate available for use. Please ask us.
The house is equipped with fast WIFI and both televisions are smart so you can login to your Disney+, Netflix, Stan or Kayo accounts.
Please also note that this house is non smoking or vaping and no parties. Large fines will apply for non compliance.
We welcome one well behaved Non shedding dog to come on holiday with you. There is a $75 pet fee for this privilege. Sorry we can’t accept dogs that shed hair unless you can assure us they’ll stay outside.
There are no dog proof fences in the back yard but the ample decking areas allow dogs to be left outside if you must leave them home while you go out. Dogs must NOT be left inside unsupervised. Sorry NO cats.
