This newly renovated gated community Condo with swimming pool is a gem and rare find on the island. It is located in a super tranquil, upscale and secure neighborhood near landmark locations like Goodman’s Bay Beach, Baha Mar, international dignitary residences and the world famous Cable Beach on West Bay St.
The two-story space is furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, entertainment space, high-speed WiFi, private washing facilities and a shared swimming pool. The entire property is secured with an electric gate and secure entry points. The downstairs area boasts a massive 70 inch smart tv and comfortable seating for family entertainment, along with intimate dining, cooking and laundry spaces, while the second floor is fitted with a balcony and en-suite bedrooms. There is a King bed in the master bedroom with its own private bath, and a double bed and private bath in the guest bedroom.
Our full-size kitchen has everything you need including: stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, overhead microwave, fridge, water cooler, toaster oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all kitchen supplies. Tea, coffee and purified water are on the house! Our entertainment area is great for game or movie nights, and is equipped with a full living set, dining table, electric fireplace, and a 70” Smart TV pre-set with all popular streaming apps (i.e. Netflix, HBO, Hulu). Central air conditioning is also included for indoor cooling.
Leave the condo to explore and shop on Cable Beach strip in the heart of West Bay or cool off in the property’s outdoor pool. Our poolside is outfitted with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower to wash off before heading back indoors. The small and convenient on-site gym room is also included so you can stick to your fitness routine, while on vacation!
