POOL AND SPA HEAT (optional):
Spa Heat $100 per day
Pool Heat - If you choose to add the heat, the pool will be heated daily to 83 degrees. Pool heat is an on/off option and available for your entire stay only, not available as a daily option. Must notify us 48 hours prior to arrival of desire to use.

ROAD WARNING: the last .3 miles leading up to the house is on an unpaved road. If it rains, this can become quite dangerous vehicles to navigate. The road can be slippery, dangerous and challenging to maneuver, even for vehicles with 4-wheel drive.

Riverside County requires all vacation rentals to be equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels of sound. There are devices indoors & outdoors for compliance reasons. Security cameras on the exteriors are in use for enhanced guest experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.
