The Upstate Bluehouse is a light-filled country home located in the quaint town of Pine Plains in the Hudson Valley. It was built in the 1700s and lovingly restored in 2023 by the same owners as The Upstate A, forming a serene retreat with modern comforts, charming accents and thoughtful details.

Enter the house through the screened-in porch, perfect for curling up with a book, sipping your morning coffee, or hanging with family and friends – all while the crisp yet lush Hudson Valley air breezes through the sun-soaked windows.
Then, get to know our large, renovated kitchen, fully equipped to help you meet all your gastronomic ambitions. Enjoy your eggs and toast in the adjacent breakfast nook, while warmed by the tinder of our wood burning stove. Next, step inside our separate formal dining area, replete with everything you need for a delicious meal or dinner party with loved ones. The expansive living room is just around the corner, boasting a fireplace and family-sized sofa where you can hang, play games, watch movies or just relax and take it all in; couch naps (after a long day of Hudson Valley adventures) highly encouraged.
Upstairs you’ll find three spacious and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms - one with an en-suite full bathroom, and two with king-sized beds. It’s hard not to feel complete tranquility as you lay your head to rest at night in these blissful beds.
Not to be missed: our fully fenced in backyard, intended for wining and dining among the stars and fireflies, while your dog galivants around you.
