The Home:
You will never want to leave this modern bungalow which contains everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime. Things that are included: high speed internet, a gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. We provide fresh bedding, towels, soap, ceiling and floor fans, spare pillows/blankets and much more. We have the highest standards for cleanliness so rest assured you will feel like you are staying in a model home.
Kitchen:
Guests LOVE cooking for many (or few) in this large, open kitchen with pots, pans, and all necessary cooking utensils. We provide enough dinnerware for 12 people.
Backyard:
Many hours can be spent in our covered outdoor living room which encompasses a 70 inch Smart TV and two hanging swing chairs. There is an outdoor dining table with 8 supporting chairs. The backyard is completely fenced creating an intimate environment, and there is ample "grass" area which can be used for games, dancing, or laying out blankets and looking at stars! There are cameras covering both back gates and the back block wall

Recently Renovated home in a quiet neighborhood with Free Parking.

If you would like the hot tub and/or pool heated, we would love to get that going for you. Fee does apply. The pool takes 24 hours to heat, so please give us some notice. The hot tub only takes about 20 minutes to heat. We can only heat one at a time, so people usually heat the pool in advance, and then heat the hot tub when they arrive.
