A William Berkes’ designed post-and-beam house that was built to capture the stunning views and natural light through the abundant use of glass, it is named the Deck House for its over 1200 sq ft. of wraparound ocean view deck space, providing views from sunrise to sunset.
Featuring an expansive kitchen fit for a home chef with a dining table in the kitchen and an over 10-foot RH salvaged wood dining table with unparalleled views.
The house is an entertainer's dream with an open living room and high-end furniture from RH, Modernica, and DWR. Sleep well at night with bedrooms furnished with DWR Leggero and Modernica Case Study beds, and high-end linens and duvets from Brooklinen.
The bathrooms are stocked with plush towels from Kassatex, and toiletries from Malin + Goetz.
There is an outdoor dining table with views of the ocean. BBQ outdoors with views in every direction. Relax in multiple outdoor lounge areas with outdoor sofas, chaise lounges, and seating areas with ocean views.
