Summary: I've stayed in many vacation rentals that advertise lots of amenities, and usually they look good in the pictures but aren't well kept. They are often dirty or broken or just low quality. This place is not that. It's immaculately kept. All the amenities are in good repair and good quality - the pool, lake, dock, boats, pool table, theater room, etc. We had about 30 people staying here for a family vacation and there was so much to do with such a great combination of private space and common areas that we didn't have to leave the property at all. The grounds are beautiful. We had an amazing time. The staff was extremely responsive to any issues that came up. This place is basically a private resort / camp ground. I don't think there are many places like this that are available to rent. It's unique.
