This Croton classic has 3 beds, 3 baths with sprawling open-format family room/kitchen with 70" flat panel TV, Sonos, eat-in kitchen facing the patio & walkway to the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub (available from May - October only!!). The separate original LR with fireplace has a pull-out for sleepovers. Commutable to the city, and a world away when you get home.
Our home is generously appointed, with original artwork and a well-stocked library for your enjoyment, and all bathrooms have been updated to high standards. For those needing a soak, the seasonal hot tub and pool are available in summertime, and in the off-season a lovely claw foot tub awaits indoors. Also, separate entrances allow for single level living if needed, modern conveniences and country living in comfort, with 2 bedrooms downstairs and one up.
This house is entirely yours when you stay here, with only a couple spaces locked and out of bounds for guests: the basement, a closet and an upstairs office are reserved for the owners' belongings and mechanicals.
