Summary: Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more seating for more family members. House is advertised for a12 person sleeping arrangements which was great. But could only seat 5-6 in family room. Kind of a downfall. We were there with another family and we had to pill kitchen table chairs out to sit. Also wish there were 2 full baths. The powder room was verrrrry small with no counter so that part was tight. Some of us brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. Lol. Over the house accommodated us for a weekend pretty well. And the area was kinda sketchy but close to Niagara Falls and other things we did.
