Summary: Although the staff fixed everything after being called, it was unusual for a hotel of this caliber to have these problems. First there wasn’t any coffee in the room to brew in the morning. Then the next morning the maid had apparently thrown away the lid of the coffee maker in the trash. They brought me a whole new coffee maker in a box that I had to cut open, unwrap and set up. Also the Netflix went out and it took two guys to fix it while we were gone. What the real problem with the hotel was how mediocre the food was at dinner and the free breakfast was so basic it was embarrassing. So much so when we told them how dried out the eggs were they said it was a different chef who wasn’t very good that day.
