This 70 Acre Waterfront Resort, also has two (2) Beaches, many guest docks, easy rental of all types of personal watercrafts and boats, and of course the best views on Smith Mountain Lake. Additionally, we have Unit 403. (Prop id # 1029769), 3 bedroom condos that are commonly owned, making this a possible Multi-family rental. (Linens and bath towels are included)
