Our family home since the 1970s has beautiful hardwood floors and woodwork , open spacious rooms.
The front features a welcoming front veranda with comfortable seating to relax in. A perfect spot for your morning coffee! A set of chairs on each side of the Veranda allows for lots of friends to gather.
The backyard is provides a large spacious fenced in area great for kids and animals. A large deck off the dining room provides a BBQ area, a seating area for relaxing and hanging out and still has space to move around in. Extra stacked seating is also provided. Great for outdoor gatherings.
As you enter the house you are greeted with warmth and charm. Much of the 90 year old architecture has been kept and well maintained. On your left , an updated side room doubles as a mud room/ sitting room. To your right, the living space with large a comfortable sectional, chairs, large wall mounted TV , and fireplace. Next the dining area with dining table, chairs, lots of storage with games and dishes. All the comforts of home. On the right, past the mudroom and stairs, is the large eat in kitchen and pantry.
We all like to hang out in the kitchen, so why not have a couch!! You’ll find it hard to go any where else once you’re in the kitchen.
Also heading out the back door to the deck there is a half bath.
The upstairs has three comfortably sized bedrooms. Well equipped with all basic needs. A large extensive of books is available to you if you forget your favorite at home. One room has two twin beds while the other two rooms have queen size beds. All have a small closet.
A large upstairs bathroom has a separate shower and tub, a washer and dryer and space to move around.
Other amenities provided are dishwasher, BBQ, all your basic kitchen appliances, two flat screen televisions, wifi access and parking for two to three cars.
This property is located in downtown Charlottetown. You can park your car and walk to many dining establishments, shopping or night life. You can also walk to Victoria park with the kids in 5-10 minutes.
If a trip to the beach is on your wish list, you can jump into the car for a quick 20 minute drive to most north shore beaches. There are 2 golf courses located within a 10 minute drive and many courses within a 40 minute drive from our house.
