This completely private tiny house is 4 miles east of Cayuga Lake, and close to wineries, breweries, The Spa, and a short drive to local distilleries. Want to commune with nature? Enjoy time at the lake or one of our local swimming holes. If hiking is your speed, nothing beats a journey to the gorges of Ithaca. If local is what you want, we have it!

The space
The tiny is surprisingly spacious featuring clever design and lots of storage. Up the stairs is the main sleep area, which features a comfortable queen bed. Need more sleep space? We also offer a murphy bed that folds down to create and additional full-sized bed.
When the murphy bed is in the up position, you have the option to pop-out a table, which can be used as a workspace or as a cozy spot to enjoy a local meal.
There is a deep soaking bathtub, which is great after a long day of local adventuring.
Guest access
This space is completely private, with private drive and yard. Guests will have full access to the tiny house and the land around it.
