Come stay at our cozy 1 Bedroom apartment that has been designed with love from our family to yours :) This home is only a few minutes away from the Airport, Downtown, UCF, the Disney and Universal parks. Plenty of space to sleep up to 2 family members, featuring 1 queen bed, a wet-bar with a full fridge and work/office desks, perfect for those who work from home. Bring your bikes and enjoy the ride around Lake Underhill or any of the many lakes close by. Long term reservations Welcome!
It is an older, quiet community, centrally located and very close to a lot of grocery stores, downtown, and the highway, which will be perfect for commuting anywhere!
The full apartment is completely private to you and your family. You have access to parking in one designated spot, and free street parking allowed on a first come first serve basis ( should have plenty of space to park ). You’ll have access to the front and backyard , as well as a shared washer and dryer .
The home features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, the bedroom featuring a queen bed, and a fully equipped wet-bar with a fridge and all cooking essentials. You also have access to a shared laundry room and a front/back yard. The home is set up like a triplex, therefore in the back of the property there are two other apartments. The property has been recently remodeled and everything inside is in great condition :)
I would suggest to rent or buy a car. If you want to rent or buy a bike , there’s a couple parks nearby which are beautiful :)
