The open concept Living Room/Dining Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a fun-filled day at the Beach! It consists of a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Twin Pull-Out Bed, Smart TV (Streaming & Spectrum Cable) and a Dining Table/Chairs. Board Games also included for a fun game night!!
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal including utensils, plates, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Also enjoy morning coffee with a Dual Keurig/12 Cup Standard Coffee Maker (coffee provided).
The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, TV for Streaming/Cable and En-Suite Bathroom/Closet.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, Closet and TV for Streaming/Cable.
The Hall Bathroom consists of a Tub/Shower Combo and sink.
A Washer/Dryer is located in the hall closet (Laundry detergent provided)

This unit is directly across from the awesome "Pirate Ship" Playground and Pool, making it perfect for both kids and adults! You can watch the kids play directly from the Living Room!! The Pool is perfect for both adults and kids! One side is designed for kids with water cannons, bucket dump and fun water features! The Adult side is laid back with several lounge chairs and seating areas to relax after a long day on the Beach!!
NOTE: The Pool is surrounded by a fence secured with a Gate Code entry for child safety.
There are also charcoal grills available (lighter fluid and charcoal not included) as well as several Palapa seating areas throughout the property.
