The form needs to be filled out 5 days prior and an appointment needs to be scheduled with the office to come in upon arrival with the form.
**Clubhouse/ Lake Access requires advance registration with HOA and $50 refundable deposit for FOB (for access). Additional $75 registration fee also required for access.
There is a form that would need to be filled out - The owners fill out a portion of it and would then get it to your group. You would then bring it to the office when you arrive, give them a security deposit and get a fob to access the parking lot and facilities. Once a tenant registers, a fee of $75 would be charged to your group. If you don’t want to use the facilities, there is no reason to register and trigger the charge.
Without the fob you can’t park in the lot at the lake. You have to park on the street and walk in. You also can’t get into the building for the indoor facilities or the fence/gate which accesses the beach, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, fit pits, etc.
Also, if you want to reserve an indoor tennis/ pickelball court or the racquet ball court, you would do that on the HOA website - you would need a log in which you would get when you register. You can also reserve bocce and fit pits outside.
