Our home is newly-built and has been finished to an extremely high standard by a leading interior design studio. You can expect an abundance of home-tech and hotel-esque amenities - from Amazon Alexa speakers to White Company toiletries - to provide our guests with a comfortable and luxurious holiday experience. We also provide an EV charger on request and subject to an additional charge.
Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the balcony of the master suite admiring the stunning sea views, and while away the afternoons and evenings with cocktails in the hot-tub and al-fresco dining, cooking up a feast on the Weber BBQ.

The third guest suite is ideal for sharers and children with 2 extra-large single beds (3 ft).
The living room has been designed for relaxing as a family or group of friends. There is an extra-large u-shaped sofa, 55” 4K Samsung smart TV & board games for your party to enjoy. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding doors and wonderful sea views, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. We have an Amazon Alexa Studio sound system and high-speed WiFi.
The kitchen is modern, large and bright, overlooking the garden, a perfect place to relax and enjoy cooking for the family. All appliances are Neff and we have a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as beautiful tableware to host your own dinner parties.
The three-tiered garden is a wonderful sun trap and the perfect place to relax with your friends and family. We have a large Jacuzzi hot-tub; the perfect spot for early evening cocktails.
The garden area has a large outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table for relaxing, 4 sun-beds for those who prefer to work on their tan and an 8 seater dining table for al-fresco dining.
For a special day out, we are a 20 minute walk to the stunning Blackpool Sands Beach where you can enjoy water sports, sun-bathing and drinks & dining at the local beach restaurant.
Should you want to explore the local area, we are a 7 minute walk to Stoke Fleming village where you can enjoy al-fresco drinks and dining at The Green Dragon Pub or Radius 7.
