This home enters from a private gated courtyard featuring a gorgeous pool, outdoor dining, section seating with fire feature and multiple sliders accessing the home. The living room features an open floor plan with ample natural light. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open with ample seating for meals with your loved ones. Kitchen features ample storage space, and is fully stocked for your meal prep needs. The breakfast bar seats four and is ideal for morning coffee, dining table seats 8 comfortably. Watch your favorite shows, sports, movies or listen to music on the 60in. Smart TV. Turn on the fireplace on the cooler nights for a relaxing evening. Located down the hall is an amazing TV Room. The TV room features an 86in. Smart TV, ample recliner sofa and best of all large sliders for noise reduction. Ample countertop space and five burners is ideal for an awesome BBQ. The outdoor sectional with fire future is ideal for watching sunsets. Enjoy a late afternoon cocktail while watching the sunset over the mountains. Located on the side of the home adding more privacy is a 4 person above ground spa and a sauna. The private side yard offers a small fire feature as you enjoy the privacy and focus on your health.
