Summary: Overall the hotel and room was nice. It wouldve been helpful to know that parking in the lot was valet only before i arrived. The front desk clerk did go above and beyond when i told him that the TV remote was missing. He mustve tried 10 different remotes before finding one that worked. I did have to ask for a refrigerator aswell. The only down sides (aside from the unknown valet parking) was that the vent fan in the bathroom could not be shut off and that the drain in the shower was clogged thankfully there was another drain in the bathroom so nothing flooded.
