The Space:
Enjoy your stay inside our beautiful and spacious mid-century style home which offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April to October. In the winter and off season months the pool can be heated by the onsite propane tank for an additional fee.
Guest Access:
You will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
We are centrally located for everything Santa Rosa has to offer while being outside of the city limits and enjoy a country setting. A public golf course and tennis courts is just a short 5 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect. There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we call it character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.
