The chef's kitchen features multiple ovens, an enormous fridge, a waterfall edge island, and high-end kitchen gadgets from vacmaster to vitamix. The reclaimed wood dining table with new Restoration Hardware seating accommodates eight. And the living room area mixes vintage South American leather chairs with a new Italian suede couch. Sonos speakers and a Samsung Frame TV seamlessly integrate. While a wraparound balcony with seating allows you to enjoy the insane beauty of the hills.
The middle floor features primary and secondary bedrooms--each with their own en suite bathroom and private balcony. The decadent primary has a king-size bed, a stonework gas fireplace, a lounging corner, and a swinging egg chair on the balcony. Another Samsung Frame and some more Sonos speakers--because why not. The ensuite features a double vanity, a full tub, heated floors, and an oversized steam shower. The secondary suite has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a balcony with a firepit.
