Behind dazzling white walls lies a home without comparison. Spectacularly unique architecture, furnished with genuine style. The property blends original aspects with modern design, creating a distinctive atmosphere you won't find in a new build. Enjoy acres of space across multiple levels, including a swimming pool, 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. It’s truly unrivaled.

This property was designed by notable architect Ian Burrow and showcases his trademark design features. From turrets and exposed timber beams to a sunken conversation area and exceptional indoor/outdoor flow, the home is a testament to his visionary style. The original owner, a well-known local boat builder, commissioned the home to fully capitalize on the unique site, ensuring it was built to the most exacting standards of the time.

This stunning example of 1980s design has recently undergone significant refurbishment, including a new roof, fresh internal and external paint, new carpets throughout, and a refreshed pool lining. Despite these updates, the property retains some original features that are beginning to show their age and are scheduled for future refurbishment. We want to make it abundantly clear that while every effort has been made to present the house in a clean and tidy state, there are aspects that reflect the property's age. However, with its amazing views from the lounge, the building's quirks are easily forgiven.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage which is locked off.

This house was built in the 1980s and is a stunning example of architectural design at the time. As a result the property is showing it's age in certain areas. Most noticeably the spa bath in the master bedroom is not in working condition (and therefore is not advertised).

Summary: I was amazed by the house and its beautiful view, communication was efficient and the team were very nice. Any questions or queries I had about my stay or the home were answered fairly quick. Anyone staying here would love it, especially in the summer.
