Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the full home. You may park up to 4 vehicles maximum in the driveway. You can also park your boat here.
There are nearby public boat ramps. Our dock is always usable for kayaks/paddleboards. And it can accommodate small boats and jet skis whenever Lake Travis is at least 63% full. For larger boats, expect around 67%+ full (67% is well below historical averages, but Lake Travis does fluctuate a lot). If your boat can't dock, you can still park it at the house and use the public boat ramps nearby.

Please note that every Thursday our maintenance team comes by to service the pool.

The house has a fantastic location! Marina restaurant (~1 min), boat rentals (5-12 min), grocery stores (~6 min), flyboarding lessons (8 min), public boat ramp (8 min), public golf courses (7-20 min), the Oasis restaurant (12 min), ziplining (20 min), Hill Country vineyards (~25 min), downtown Austin (~30 min).

• Please note that the pool heating service is presently unavailable, however, the hot tub heating remains accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Hot Tub heating is an additional fee of $35/day, please reach out for details.

1. We’re happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $55/tank.
2. We love pets and they’re welcome at the house, the fee is $50 per pet.
3. We want our home to constantly be in great shape for guests. We aim for all work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service or pest control during your stay.
4. The hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day. The maximum recommended temperature for hot tub is 104°F.
5. In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $500. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
