Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I liked the convenience and closeness to the venues I like to attend in Philadelphia. I also liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment.

Negative: I was not prepared for how to access the apartment. The documentation did not But once I was able to communicate how to do this. The problem is that I arrived very early in the day. The owner does not arrive on site at his restaurant until later in the day. But I was able to communicate with him via telephone and we were able to work out a plan for me to occupy the apartment. So, alls well that ends well.

Summary: Once settled, I found the apt to be an excellent play to hang my hat at the end of the day.
