Or take a 2 minute walk to the Vacation Beach Road summer crossing to launch the provided standup paddleboards (seasonal) and see things from a river otter's perspective. After paddling, you'll be ready for a cozy nap or soak in the hot tub before exploring the eclectic towns of the lower Russian River, stocking up at a farmer's market and BBQ-ing on the back deck to dine under the stars.
This quiet residential neighborhood is fabulous for families! A half basketball court and playground are a block away. And a couple of heirloom apple trees grace the front yard. Pick a few and bake a pie! Grab some blackberries to toss on ice cream!
Wine lovers will love the proximity to tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville and area wineries. Breweries, cider-makers and distillers round out Sonoma County's wealth of adult beverage makers. Vacation Beach Bungalow is an ideal home base for your Sonoma County adventures.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours:
The maximum occupancy at Vacation Beach Bungalow is 8 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.
Parking: There is parking for 3 cars: 2 in the driveway, 1 in front of the house (designated for this home). The garage is not available for parking cars. Street parking is scarce. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
Bed Sizes: First bedroom: King bed; Second bedroom: King bed; Third bedroom: two Double beds.
Heat Source: This house has a great wall heater in the living room and supplemental electric heaters in each bedroom.
A/C: The house does not have air conditioning. Being near the coast, the night time temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house
Stairs: There are two sets of stairs at the house: one from the parking area to the front door and one from the back deck to the backyard where the hot tub is located.
Fencing: The front yard is open to the street, but the back yard is fully fenced.
River Access: Docks and beaches are seasonal only and available from mid-June to mid-September providing the summer dams are in. Canoes, kayaks, paddleboats and rowboats that are provided in some of our homes are also available from mid-June to mid-September only. The river is usually too swift for boating in the winter and many docks and beaches are under water until late spring.
Proximity to Wineries: There are several tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville, approx. 2 miles from the house - and many, many more wineries within a few miles of the house.
Nearest River Beach: The nearest river access is at Vacation Beach Rd - a couple minute walk, less than .2 mi. The nearest seasonal (sandy) beach is a five minute walk - .3 mi - from the house.
Nearest Ocean Beach: The coastal beaches in Jenner are approx. 16 miles from the house.
