The natural lighting throughout the day and night provided by skyline windows, alongside the whitewashed walls, white tile and use of over-sized furniture throughout the house creates a very elegant atmosphere that seems almost magic, unexpectedly dramatic, a flare of romance.
Outside there is a spacious covered patio equipped with an outdoor fan and upscale outdoor furniture to kick back and relax. The patio flows into the lush green grass backyard that leads to a inviting hot tub. To cap everything off, there is an outdoor kitchen! Fully equipped with running water, and all outdoor appliances (sink, fridge, BBQ, and much much more) along with an outdoor dining set. Whether sitting in the hot tub, sun bathing, enjoying and outdoor BBQ together, or playing family board games on the front porch. This condo has all you need for the perfect get away.
A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use and convenience. With this Villa rental, we have included complimentary access to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools at the Las Palmas Resort, which is just a short walk. An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit of 8.
Please remember this is a ground-floor Villa. We have the condo sprayed every month for bugs - but because St George is in the heart of the desert, you may see bugs trying to get inside occasionally. Keeping the doors closed will help tremendously!
