This villa has spectacular views of the ocean and condo grounds. The condo is within walking distance to Cabo San Lucas where you will find fantastic dining such as Tres Sirenas, Gardenias Tacos, and Outpost. Also, there is a mini-mart on campus to make your own lunches and breakfasts in our fully equipped kitchen. The large balcony has a brand new grill to throw some steaks or fish that you can purchase from a nearby grocery store called Selecto Super Chedraui Supermarket.
The balcony is the best feature of the condo and has AFTERNOON SHADE for relaxing evenings!!!! Our condo concierge can make world class fish tacos, guacamole and amazing margaritas if you desire.
The resort premises are beautiful and have amazing amenities to offer: an incredible restaurant, spectacular pool bar, fantastic poolside dining and an immaculate, fully equipped gym. There's a massage and sauna area as well. Our concierge can also coordinate a boat trip for you if you like.
Our condo 3509 has been completely renovated, so everything is new. Please enjoy the beauty. We are starting to add new artwork from local artists that is very colorful.
