Ideally located in the middle of the Aegean sea. This villa consists of 2 maisonettes (A+B) and 1 studio (C). Each have their own entance, their own kitchen and bathrooms. Maisonette (A) consists of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds, a kitchen/dining room and 2 toilets/showers(one en-suite). On the upper floor there is a living/sitting room with two sofas one of the them can be unfolded to a single bed. Maisonette (B) consists of 2 bedrooms one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. They both have large double beds. The upper floor bedroom is with en-suite shower/toilet room. There is also a large shower/toilet room on the ground floor and a kitchen with a small dining table. Studio (C) adjacent to Maisonette B compromises of a double bed, a sofa/bed and en-suite shower/toilet. Studio is suitable for 2-3 persons. This villa is ideal for a large group of friends or families enjoying being together and at the same time enjoying their privacy due to the way this villa is built. Maisonettes A+B+Studio C are fully airconditioned. The private swimming pool offers a stunning sea view giving "the infinite pool" feel. The view from the verandas is breathtaking. The outdoor area has a large dining table under a shaded pergola so you can all sit have breakfast or dinner or just relax and make plans the day or nights out.. The outdoor area is decorated with local plants, herbs and flowers. We would also like to inform you that in case you are a very large number of guests (of approximately 22 persons) you may rent our adjacent villa so you can all be together. This is perfect choice for bachelor/hen or birthday celebrations or any other kind of anniversary.
