Discover tranquility in the bedrooms, equipped with a full and queen bed, each crowned with plush 10.5" foam mattresses. Ample closet space ensures you can neatly store your belongings without a worry.

Our spacious bathroom invites relaxation with a bathtub, vanity, and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the necessities you might require. From shampoo and conditioner to body soap, we've got you covered!

Convenience is at your doorstep, as we're located near grocery stores, gas stations, bus stops, restaurants, pubs, and local businesses. Your comfort and ease are our top priorities – welcome to a space designed with you in mind.

Guest access
Guests will conveniently access their suite through the private side entrance of the house accessible via a smart lock.

Upon descending the stairs, you'll find keys to lock your suite, enhancing security and preserving your personal space.

Should you wish to indulge in some racing simulator fun, please inform the hosts. This is located outside of the suite but is available for your convenience.

Parking is stress-free, with guests welcome to park on the street, or at the back of the house. Street parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and is completely free. Your comfort and security are our priorities throughout your stay.

We do not accept unauthorized guests in the suite. There will be a $100 charge per person, per night for unauthorized guests. This applies to unauthorised guests visiting even for a short while, unless approved by the host.
If you have plans to bring additional guests, please reach out to the host. If agreed upon, we may be able to update the reservation.

This is a non-smoking unit. There will be a $250 charge if guests smoke or vape in the suite.

Complimentary airport pickup service will be arranged through Uber, fully covered by the host, up to a maximum of $25. Please note that this service is exclusively available for bookings of eight nights or more. Inform the host in advance if you would require this service.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to host approval and will incur a $20 fee. Please get in touch with the host in advance to arrange these options.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, it is mandatory to submit a valid government-issued photo ID for each guest. Failure to provide the required IDs within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
