This incredible three-bedroom home is located just 150 meters from one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica (Playa Dominical). Simply walk out the door and within a minute or so, you will be walking on the beach! Beach towels are already in the home, so no need to pack them. Just bring your sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat, and you will be enjoying your time here!

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation.
We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or the local regional airport in Quepos (30 minutes away) to the property in Dominical.
We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and be available from 8 am - 8 pm via group chat.

Casa Dominical is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.
Every type of vehicle can arrive to Casa Dominical without troubles. In fact, some guests don't even rent a car while renting Casa Dominical.
Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport or Quepos regional airport (~30 minutes away).
You DO NOT have to cross the highway and 4x4 is NOT required to get to the property. Casa Dominical is a two-story home with 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (and breakfast bar), and a nice living room and dining area, with an open floor plan providing great flow from one area of the home to the outside covered patio and private swimming pool.
The main floor has Bedroom #1 (Queen bed), half-bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with large TV, outdoor patio, grill and private swimming pool (outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach).
Upstairs has Bedroom #2 and the Owner's Suite.
Upstairs Owner's Suite has a King size bed and a futon, allowing for 4 people to comfortably sleep in the air conditioned room. The Owner's Suite has access to two(!) patios and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and access to a patio, A/C and plenty of space.
Guests can enjoy the lovely covered outdoor lounge area by the private swimming pool, use the stainless steel grill and there is even a convenient outdoor shower for when returning to the beach.
Pak-n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
