This beautiful Lake front home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably. An open and airy layout with a cozy cabin feel, offering our guests much comfort and plenty of room to gather with loved ones. Great location in Celista, just down the road from the Sunnyside Store and just minutes to the Farmers market in summer and so many amenities in the area. You will find an awesome foosball table on the deck along with plenty of seating and umbrellas on both decks and the lower beach level, to sit around in the sun or shade and enjoy time with loved ones! Included is a nice sized dock and a Buoy for guest use. So kick back, relax and take in those breathtaking views from your very own private beach .... you're on lake time!!
Everything you need in a home away from home, including a well stocked kitchen and formal dining area that's open to big beautiful, bright living room. Off the Living Room is a spacious wrap around deck with a large patio table and BBQ. There is one bedroom on the main floor and one main Bathroom. Head downstairs to a second Kitchen! Not stocked but perfect as a beach level space to keep snacks, store cold drinks in the fridge or as extra storage space for food. This walk-out style basement opens up to the lower deck and is another access to the private beach. There's also 2 more Bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 3 bunk beds, as well as a second Bathroom. Fire Pit located on the beach front when water levels are not high.
All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.
Exceptional accommodation with year round vacancy to accommodate you for any activity, whether it be a nice Summer Vacation, Spring get-away, Fishing trip or hit up Crow Foot Mountain in the Winter! Central to many amenities and things to do in the area, such as Fishing, Celista Winery, Hiking trails, Golfing, Adams River Rafting, Snowmobiling, ATVing and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!
SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is approximately 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
