Welcome to Harbor Dreams on Holiday Isle in Destin--a spacious, newly updated home directly on Destin Harbor with your own private boat slip.
Enjoy panoramic views of Destin Harbor, Harborwalk Village and fireworks from your huge elevated deck over the water. Walk to Destin's most beautiful beaches, the jetties, and Norriego Point.

Below is an overview of each space:
LIVING ROOM
The living room features a sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and a 65" Smart TV where you can log into all your streaming apps.
The living room also has CABLE TV so you can watch over 150 channels including local stations, news channels, BRAVO, TLC, ESPN, HGTV, USA, TBS and MANY more. You can also pause and rewind/fast forward your shows.
There is a 4-person dining table near a wall of windows facing Destin Harbor.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. All appliances are modern and the refrigerator is brand new in 2024.
There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide coffee filters and some K-cups/creamers/sugar/sweetener to get you started in addition to some tea and hot chocolate.
There is a dining table off the kitchen with 4 chairs and a bench allowing seating for 6-7 people..
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, a few steps up from the living room. It is furnished with a king bed, dresser, end table with a USB hub charging station, closet and 42" smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps. There is a reading nook near the window with a comfortable oversized chair.
Furniture is all new in late 2023. The mattress is high-end memory foam brand new for 2024.
The attached bathroom has a glass shower and skylight. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and plenty of towels are provided.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 is located in the same hall as the master bedroom. It is furnished with a queen size bed, 42" Smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps, and a closet. Furnishings are all new in late 2023. There is USB hub charging station on the nightstand.
There is a private bathroom with a luxurious JACUZZI TUB. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and plenty of towels are provided.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is located on the main level near the kitchen. It is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, and 42" Smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps. There is a USB chargin hub on the nightstand. Furniture is new in late 2023.
There is a bathroom next to bedroom 3 with a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and plenty of towels are provided.
BEDROOM 4
Bedroom 4 is located down a small flight of stairs from the kitchen and dining area. It is furnished with a bunk bed and a brand new queen size bed. There is a 32" Smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps.
***The bunk beds are being replaced with new ones in February of 2024. The new bunk beds are very cute and look like a little house.
There is a closet in Bedroom 4 with beach toys, beach towels, an umbrella, and a wagon being added by March 1st. There is a door in Bedroom 4 to the screened patio which leads out to a sandy play area, boat slip and a staircase up to the main deck.
The patio has very cool SPEAKER LIGHTBULBS that easily connect to your phone through bluetooth so you can play music. There is also a giant Jenga game for you to play.
LAUNDRY
There is a new large washer and dryer in bedroom 4. We provide a few laundry pods and dryer sheets for you to get you started.
THEATER ROOM
There is a bonus theater room up a few stairs from the kitchen with a couch and a ROKU HD projector so you can log into your streaming apps directly from the projector. The picture projects onto the wall for a fun movie night. We also provide some games and cards in the theater room.
There is a small desk in the corner of the theater room (just added) with a comfortable chair, 29" external monitor, keyboard, and mouse that are hooked to a USB-C hub that you can plug directly into your laptop for a comfortable work station.
DECK
There is a huge deck off the living room with panoramic views of Destin Harbor and Harborwalk Village. The deck features plenty of chairs for sitting and lounging. There is also a bar ledge that wraps around the deck with 8 bar stools. This is an amazing space where you can enjoy drinks and food while facing the water watching the boats and all the other activity on Destin Harbor.
There is also a propane grill on the deck with propane provided and a dining table that seats 6.
PRIVATE BOAT SLIP
Under the deck is your private boat slip. You can also catch the water taxi from here
PARKING
3 cars can park in the driveway plus a golf cart (if you rent one for your stay)
HOSTS
Your host is Sarah, a Destin blogger and Destin guidebook author. She knows pretty much everything about Destin and the surrounding areas and is happy to help you with recommendations before, during, and after your trip.
Steve, is the owner of the house and also does repairs and maintenance. Both Sarah and Steve live in Destin and are always available to help should any issues arrive during your stay. Sarah is your direct contact and she is very quick to respond and eager to help with anything you need.

BEACH ACCESS
Harbor Dreams house is located on Holiday Isle, which is a strip of land in Destin, Florida between the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. The house sits directly on Destin Harbor but there are lots of beach options nearby.
-->>O’STEEN BEACH AND JETTIES
From the house, walk a few minutes to the right (0.2 miles) on the sidewalk and you will see the O'Steen beach path entrance. There’s a nice swimming and snorkeling area here.
The swimming area here on the east pass is usually calm, even on days when the Gulf of Mexico is rough or has red flags--so it's a great spot for kids. There is a lifeguard during busy season. You walk on a path through the sand to get here.
The jetties are beautiful large rocks great for climbing and fishing. They also attract marine life for snorkeling. If you walk past the first jetties to the second set of jetties, you will find a very beautiful beach area on the Gulf of Mexico water.

From the house, walk 0.5 miles to the right and Gulf Shore Drive will dead end into Norriego Point. There are several calm swimming coves on Norriego Point with lifeguards during busy season. It's a beautiful spot to watch the boats coming and going from fishing trips and all the hustle and bustle of Harborwalk Village across the water.

From the house, turn left on the sidewalk and walk about 0.7 miles (10-13 minutes) until you reach the private Holiday Isle beach gate. Use the key card we provide to open the gate. This is a beautiful spot on the Gulf of Mexico nestled between private homes and condos. There is no parking or public access, so it's not as crowded as other beaches in Destin get.
-->JUNE WHITE DECKER PARK BEACH
The nearest public beach with parking is June White Decker beach. It is 3 miles away in the same parking lot as the Back Porch Restaurant. There is plenty of parking, restrooms, and outside showers. The sand and water are close to the parking lot and easy to access.
-->HENDERSON STATE PARK
Just past June Decker is Henderson Beach State Park--one of the more pristine and beautiful beaches in Destin. They have picnic pavilions, grills, restrooms/outdoor showers, and almost a mile of untouched beach. There’s even a nature trail loop and a small playground near one of the further parking lots. There is a $6 entrance fee per vehicle.
