4 Season cozy cottage on a beautiful big lot with 116 feet of clean, sandy-bottom waterfront just 90 minutes from
Durham and 2 hours from Toronto. Spend your days outside, enjoying the level, 0.5 acre treed lot. The clean, serene water is perfect for paddling and swimming, or explore Moore Lake to the north for more active water sports.
Dive into the clean deep water off 2 large docks by day, and roast marshmallows under the stars at the waterside newly renovated fire pit with pergola with lights in the evening.
Perfect for young couples or families with kids so you can enjoy sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair right on the deck by the water while the kids are enjoying sliding down the slide into the water or go for a nice canoe ride down the gull river. The cottage has WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It's a 2 bedroom cottage plus bunkie which has 2 queen beds.

Conservation areas for scenic hikes
Things to do in winter:
Take the cold plunge challenge as the river normally does not freeze and melt away your worries in our outdoor barrel sauna to rejuvenate your body.
Head up to Sir Sam Ski and ride for skiing and snowboarding which is just 50 minutes from our place

9 minute to Coboconk which has a Foodland and small shops.
