bathrooms. Property features TWO living rooms with vaulted ceilings and TVs. Well appointed kitchen
stocked with essentials. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided. Breakfast nook with water view.

Summary: The house is really very very pleasant. It has wonderful views of the bay from most of the bedrooms and a wrap around porch where we all enjoyed sitting and soaking up the beauty of the bay. There’s a pool in back too, if you need it, but we didn’t. The house has all amenities we needed and was spacious for four adults. It was easy for each person to find a place to be quiet. The village is a short walk away and there is a wonderful seafood restaurant there. The marina is a great place to walk to. The host is very responsive and helpful for all needs, so no problem there. The kitchen has some what is needed for cooking (we prefer to prepare our own meals). But it was a good thing we brought our own pots too. There is a lovely window in the kitchen where I sat to have tea in the morning and watch the sun come up over the bay. If I have a complaint it is that I wished the blinds in the bedrooms worked so we could see outside from the bedrooms. And there was one bed with a mattress that was too soft for one of us. But those were minor points. We would definitely rent this house again…it was so comfortable and spacious
