This is a highly desired golf area and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. You will enjoy spending your vacation in this updated condo while only being a couple minutes away from golf courses & a few miles away from our shoreline.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Gated community. Easy access private parking lot. You are allowed 2 vehicles. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 2nd floor - stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters & cups), pots and pans, and more!
Family room: Enjoy the golf front screened in balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper sofa!
Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds!
Bathroom 2: In the hallway.
Porch: Spacious and peaceful. Direct golf course view!
Amenities: Outdoor community pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis courts, gazebo, area w/ waterway views. Subject to operating hours/times by the HOA.
Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse or World Tour to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply). Others nearby as well!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community amenities, and, of course, the highly recognized golf courses nearby (extra fees apply).

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
