USVI government will assess a $25 per night, per villa Usage Fee to vacation ownership guests. This fee is based on the villa being occupied and will be added to the guest folio at check-out.
Phase will be assigned at check-in. The reservation could be Bay Vista, Coral Vista, Sunset Bay or Virgin Grand. Bedding may vary depending on the phase. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit number in instances where an owner owns a fixed unit.
The number of unit bathrooms as well as unit bedding may vary.
A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.
While some owners may own a fixed unit, the resort reserves the right to assign a different phase and unit.
The resort playground will be closed through 2026.
