Whispering Palms is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home with all new furnishings and great Palm Springs modern home design. The original midcentury Meiselman floor plan has been extended to 4 bedrooms and is set on a large lot with south-facing pool exposure for maximum sun.
As soon as you walk in the door you will be embraced by warm furnishings and modern décor. A dining area set up for 8 people and a casual living room are located in the first section of the house. Walk through the living room to the separate family room and you will find more stylish and comfortable furnishings, a huge 65" flat screen TV, and a nice fireplace. Both the living room and the family room open onto the covered patio through beautiful French doors. This home truly offers that Palm Springs indoor/outdoor experience.
An intimate galley kitchen is directly across from the dining area. The kitchen isn't large but is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve an outstanding meal.
There are two primary suites in this vacation home. The first, located across from the living room, is an intimate retreat with an en-suite bathroom, a king size bed, 50" flat screen TV, and access to a patio. The second primary suite, located off the family room, has a comfortable king size bed, a 50"flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom.
The two additional guest rooms are off the dining area. Both are nicely decorated with comfort in mind and each features a queen bed and a 43" flat screen TV. These guest rooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
You'll love the outside space of this beautiful home. The breathtaking pool and spa invite you to enjoy the almost year-round sunshine and gorgeous Palm Springs mountain views while you relax on a lounge chair or pool float. The backyard includes the redone PebbleTec pool and spa with a tanning shelf, an outdoor shower, and a fantastic waterfall feature.
The easy to use gas BBQ and outdoor dining table with seating for 8 make outdoor meals a joy. There is even a cozy fire pit right next to the swimming pool. This stunning yard is the perfect place to spend an evening with friends.
Located in the Racquet Club neighborhood in North Palm Springs, surrounded by other authentic midcentury homes, this house is the perfect Palm Springs home-away-from-home.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
