Summary: Unfortunately a bit of style over substance here. Beautiful villa, great view and stunning pool. However, awful roads surrounding the villa, nowhere is walkable, lots of noise from stray dogs, bikes and from the town below. Whilst some staff were lovely, they weren’t proactive. Food left going mouldy in the room and not removed during cleaning. We had a power cut which was out of their hands, but we had to contact them to find out if there were any battery or solar lights. After a couple of hours they provided 6 tea lights and a torch finally. It felt as though we were an inconvenience. They did offer 50% off late check out the next day which was appreciated.
