The 24hr security gated resort itself is mesmerizing, with more than 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The resort features impressive amenities including an Olympic sized swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, game room, movie theater and much more.
Our beautiful well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished condo is located on the 3rd floor of the resort community of Windsor Palms. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, while the rest of the home has laminated flooring. The master bedroom is spacious. There is a 2nd equally spacious master bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The condo provides free high-speed internet and cable TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you have the option of cooking your own meals if you do not want to dine out.
Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so you can easily wash and dry your clothes without trips to the laundromat.
The 24hr security gated resort is mesmerizing, with more than 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The resort features impressive amenities including an Olympic sized swimming pool in the Clubhouse complex. It is available to all guests of all home sizes and is heated during the winter months. The resort is gated with a 24 hour guard, in addition to the swimming pool, the resort also has a splash pad, playground, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, and many more. There is a indoor movie theater, fitness center, game room with ping-pong and pool tables, business center etc. All resort amenities are free to all the guests at no extra charge.

• For your convenience, we will supply you with: bath and hand towels, 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, 1 toilet rolls in each toilet (plus 2 extra), 1 trash bags per trash bin (plus 2 extra), 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry pods and 1 paper towel. Please contact the property management company if they are missing.
• Check-in instructions will be provided to you 2 days before your arrival.
• You can self check-in any time 4pm or after on your day of arrival.
• Parking is free. There are ample parking spaces available around the building.
• Our condo includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking and baking wares, dishes, utensils, iron, ironing board, cable TV, air conditioning, etc.
• The cleaning crew cleans the condo prior to each guest’s arrival with clean linens and towels. It is then the guests’ responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during the stay.
• We do not have the resources to provide our guests package receiving services prior arrival.
• Pets are not allowed in the condo.
