Are you looking for a fantastic waterfront home to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay in my newly renovated, 3 bedroom townhome on the Island in Corpus Christi. Comfortably blending modern amenities and cozy furnishings this beautiful home has everything to keep families and larger groups entertained. Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Bob Hall Pier, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!
The Space -
My home is the largest townhome within a waterfront triplex catering exclusively to STR guests. This unit has been tastefully upgraded throughout and has two private decks for grilling and gatherings along with a home gym. In addition, the unit has a dock and great fishing in our own local honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans and cranes are constant companions on the property.
- Kitchen: Newly updated with brand new appliances in 2020, a multi-burner electric stove, fancy backsplash with a high-end granite counter top and four seat breakfast bar. Fully equipped, comes with:

– Room 1: This is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a wall mounted TV located on the 1st floor. It has its own double sink private bathroom with a bathtub and walk in shower with bench. Bedroom has a large walk in closet, chest of drawers and vanity.
– Room 2: This room, located on the second floor, has two queen beds and outdoor access to a beautiful deck where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Room is accented with a reading light, a large chest of drawers, It has a closet, a 50 inch Wall mounted TV, WIFI connected TV. It shares the common updated bathroom.
– Room 3: This room has two queen beds and is located on the second floor. This room has a beautiful chest of drawers with an electronic fireplace. It has a reading light, a large closet, and a wall mounted TV, which is WIFI connected and capable of streaming your favorite apps. It shares the common updated bathroom.
– Outdoor deck: Nice size covered deck with a six person dining set plus additional chairs can be enjoyed any time of day. I have a charcoal barbecue grill and plenty of space for guests to relax and have a great time. Chairs may be taken to the bulkhead to fish and chill at the water.
– Gym: The gym area has a dumbbell weight set, weight bench, bozu ball and elliptical machine.
– Laundry Room: New Samsung washer and dryers work great and have lovely songs when finished with loads.
– Pool / Hot tub: Seahaven Suites consists of multiple waterfront properties. Wonderful Waterfront is within a triplex but all guests have access to the pool and hot tub in the next complex over.
– Extras: This unit does have 4x beach towels, a large cooler and 2 plastic chairs which may be used at the guest's discretion for beach outings. These items should be inside the coat closet by the kitchen.
