If a great Tahoe home is what you are looking for then look no further. This large home is located right next to the Tahoe Paradise Golf course so great for golfers and families alike! This home is one of the few in Tahoe with a FULLY landscaped lot with a big grassy area for kids to play. The owner keeps their yard in pristine condition. In the Summer, you are right next to the golf course and bike path and then in the Winter you are 20 minutes from 2 ski resorts. It’s located right off 89 and close to all of your South Lake adventures!

This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
